Our group engages in a variety of outreach activities to share our passion for science with K-12 students, educators, and the general public. These include designing and hosting interactive “Exploration Stations” for children and families, presenting workshops for teachers, and developing new active learning exercises.
Much of our outreach is conducted through the J.F. Crow Institute for the Study of Evolutionary Biology, and additional resources to facilitate re-use of activities we designed can be found on the Crow Institute web site.
If you are interested in participating in outreach with us, or would like us to participate in an outreach activity that you are hosting, please contact us.
